If health issues arise, HOME TO STAY will be there for you. As a geriatric nurse, I will advocate for the best medical services for you and liaison with your family often.

When home, HTS will provide wonderful Home Health Aides/CNA'S who will:

• Provide personal hygienic care
• Work with skilled nursing services
• Provide 24 hour care for as long as needed
• Oversee your medications and treatments
• Stay in touch with your DR.
• Cook, clean, do laundry, drive to medical appointments, etc.
• Provide a healing atmosphere in your home where you are most comfortable
• Reduce your help as your health improves again
• Provide peace of mind to you and your family
• Keep you at home where you are the happiest

 If Health or Memory Issues Arise...
After a hospitalizing or illness we will...

• Advocate for the best healthcare services for you provided by Medicare and insurance.
• Provide guidance and support to you and your family in an effort to arrest fears and lessen the stress.
• Act as a liaison to distanced family members.
• Coordinate our services with any additional nursing care.
• Provide personal hygiene care with HOME TO STAY Home Health Aids.
  Continue your established relationship with your Companion as needed.

 lf you become chronically ill, or your diagnosis is serious, you will not be alone. 

We will be there for you to:

• Provide Home Health Aides.
• Coordinate all in Home Services.
• Provide a Supportive, Loving Environment.
